Travino, Royal Oak
MACCRIM Solutions Marketing Systems was charged with developing new business marketing and sales initiative programs to drive traffic and increase sales acquisitions for The Travino, a Royal Oak residential condominium project.

Tresah
An exciting new residential development located in the heart of Burnside Gorge’s up and coming neighborhoods, Tresah has found a home in one of Victoria BC’s newest districts, Mayfair TownCentre. This area has been envisioned by the City of Victoria to be a new vibrant hub for housing, employment, shopping, and entertainment. It’s already a great neighborhood and Tresah will be a big part of it.
Tresah will be comprised of two buildings. The first, Tresah East, will be an elegant and contemporary six-story, 66-unit wood-frame building offering ground floor townhomes fronting onto Speed Street Avenue. The second, Tresah West, will be Victoria’s first Signature Mass Timber building rising to 14-stories, offering 179 residences with ground-floor work-live units.
Tresah’s 1 & 2 bedroom 245-unit condominium development is located between the 600-blocks of Speed and Frances.
